More that 10 years ago TERRANUS derived from the idea to initiate with a leading German private bank an open real estate special fund for nursing homes. The group developed into an acknowledged specialist in social real estate (hospitals, care and rehabilitation clinics, as well as residential and care nursing homes).
In the past four financial years we initiated and accompanied take-over of more that 12.000 beds.
