For the first time, the specialised key market figures of the “TERRANUS Pflegeatlas” have been integrated into the latest geoport analysis reports. According to its own information, geoport can in this combination now provide more comprehensive and up-to-date data and market information on retirement and care facilities throughout the whole of Germany. The integration of additional individual criteria from the TERRANUS Pflegeatlas will in future en-able competitive, location and potential analyses on a broader basis and with greater preci-sion.
The newly integrated TERRANUS data have been manually checked, and contain extensive information on service structures and differentiated price information on institutions through-out Germany. For residential facilities, the report “Senior citizen and care facilities PLUS” also gives individual prices, and detailed information on investment costs, accommodation & catering, care stages, room structures and much more.
“The new geoport reports allow investors and operators of social properties a fast, sound and cost-effective entry into market and Location analysis as the basis for their strategic deci-sions”, emphasised TERRANUS Director Hermann Josef Thiel at the presentation of the co-operation. The joint efforts of geoport and TERRANUS would bring together location analysis, property assessment and operator know-how “into an extremely effective combination”, said Thiel.
