Born in 1963, after training as an export specialist in Hamburg, studied economics in Heidelberg and Cologne. 1992 – 1995: research associate at the University of Cologne; 1995 – 2000: active in various roles at the Malteser Werk e.V. / MTG Malteser Trägergesellschaft, most recently as government consultant for residential care for the elderly. Since 2000 with the TERRANUS Group, specialises in analysis, consulting, financial restructuring and support for special real estate (focussing on care facilities for the elderly). Managing director since 2007.
